Choose your plan

• Lighter use: compare fixed 5GB or 10GB for 30 days for maps, messages and bookings between Wi-Fi connections.
• Balanced daily use: Essential provides 1GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Data-heavy use: Plus provides 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps, for more uploads or hotspot use where supported. It does not extend offshore coverage.

Compare selectable plans

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Premium is not selectable. Plus is not Premium or Platinum. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity and can be below policy limits.

Networks and destination coverage

The provider's U.S. Virgin Islands entry lists T-Mobile supporting up to 5G where available. Connection and speeds depend on your device, location and local conditions. Reception at every airport, address, beach or route is not guaranteed. The U.S. operator name does not establish mainland U.S. or Puerto Rico coverage for this product.

Island-hopping and cruise visits

Save tickets, accommodation details, ferry schedules and maps offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential islands and locations with support before purchasing, including specific properties on St. Thomas, St. John or St. Croix. The territory entry does not independently establish reception on every island, hillside, trail or offshore route.

Do not assume continuous service on ferries, sailing trips or cruise ships. Satellite and maritime networks are not included. Check weather, access and local arrangements independently and arrange appropriate backup communications for remote outings.

This product lists U.S. Virgin Islands, not British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or mainland United States. Confirm separate destination coverage before continuing your trip.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calls and messages depend on app availability and connectivity.

No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements. If keeping your home SIM enabled on a compatible device, check roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported destination network, not simply on installation. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select T-Mobile and move to a stronger-signal area when safe.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.

Contact the AloOui Help Center with your order number, device model, location and error screenshots.
