• Your phone still works, but data is unavailable: first check the installed profile, remaining allowance, validity and setup with support. If a separate purchase is appropriate, check the new plan's exact coverage and supported networks. A different plan does not guarantee a different network or better reception.

EID and Support Details Before Switching Phones

If Your Phone Is Lost or Damaged
