Unlimited Lite
Up to 1GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at up to 512 kbps for the rest of that day. Shown as Mexico Unlimited in the selector.
Unlimited Essential

Unlimited Plus

Arriving in Puerto Vallarta
Save your hotel address, airport pickup instructions and any transfer booking before leaving Wi-Fi. After following your selected plan's activation guidance, supported mobile data may help with directions and messaging after arrival. Check your transport provider for current meeting points and fares. The eSIM provides data, not an airport transfer or guaranteed coverage in every terminal.
Town days and Pacific-coast outings
Use supported data for directions around your accommodation, the MalecĂłn and booked visits. If your trip continues along the coast or includes a boat outing, save tickets, meeting points and offline maps before departure. Coverage and speed vary with network, terrain, buildings and congestion, and service offshore is not guaranteed. A larger data allowance cannot create signal where no supported network is available.
Install and troubleshoot
- Choose a Mexico plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
- Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, use Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
- Scan the code, label your new line AloOui and follow your delivery instructions. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
- On arrival, choose AloOui for mobile data and follow the plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming on that line, toggle airplane mode, compare the APN data.esim with the email and try automatic network selection.
