Iran eSIM

Which Iran eSIM package should you choose?

AloOui Iran eSIM starts at $79.80 USD for 1GB of total data over 7 days, with fixed packages up to 5GB and Unlimited Lite, Essential and Plus for 1 or 3 days; confirm current service requirements and essential locations with support before buying.

Extra 20% off orders over $50 — use code EXTRA20 at checkout.

Use data for messages, bookings and everyday online tasks where supported service is available. Your QR code is delivered by email after purchase. This data-only eSIM covers Iran and has no local number, ordinary calls or SMS. Package names retain Iran-Islamic Republic of in the selector.

Compare packages and total costs

After confirming service, compare fixed data for lighter use spread across a longer stay. Essential/3 days is the balanced daily option for a short stay; Plus/3 days suits heavier uploads or supported sharing. Essential/3 days costs $6.17 less than fixed 5GB/30 days, but provides 1GB high-speed per day over only three days rather than 5GB total over up to 30 days. These are different packages, not equivalent offers. Compare allowance, duration and total cost carefully. More data does not extend coverage.

Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing.

Selectable plans and daily limits

• Fixed: 1GB/7 days, 2GB/15 days or 3GB or 5GB/30 days. Total allowances, not daily data.
• Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.

Lite, Essential and Plus are selectable for 1 or 3 days only. Standard Unlimited options are Lite. High-speed allowances refresh daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end at allowance exhaustion or validity expiry, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Fixed allowances above 5GB, daily durations above 3 days and Premium are not selectable. Plus is not Premium. Actual speeds depend on connectivity and can be below policy limits.

Iran networks and coverage

The provider lists MCI and Irancell supporting up to 5G, and RighTel supporting up to 4G, where available. Confirm exact-option entitlement if a particular partner matters to your trip. Connection and speed depend on your purchased package, device, partner, location and local conditions. Neither 5G nor reception at every address is guaranteed.

Confirm current service and essential locations

Confirm intended locations and current service requirements with support before buying, including accommodation in Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz or Yazd, remote routes and work sites. The country entry does not independently establish service at every attraction or route.

Connectivity does not guarantee access to every website or app, uninterrupted service or a particular internet routing location. Save maps, tickets and essential contacts offline. Check current official travel advice, entry rules and local restrictions independently. This listing is not a recommendation to travel or confirmation of safe access. Arrange suitable backup communications, especially for desert or mountain travel, rather than relying on the eSIM as your sole emergency communication method. Satellite networks are excluded.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on your selected package, device and network; confirm exact-option entitlement if sharing is essential. Shared usage counts toward the same allowance and speed limits. Internet-based calling and messaging require connectivity and app access.

If keeping your home SIM enabled on a compatible device, check roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local identity, registration or other requirements.

Installation and activation

1. Check your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. When ready in supported Iran coverage, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on its data roaming as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network in Iran, not QR delivery or installation alone. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the package. Leaving and returning does not restart validity. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry and top-up instructions; these are separate from package duration. Immediate arrival connection is not guaranteed.

APN and connection help

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on as instructed.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Follow your order if settings differ.
3. After installation completes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart. Try 4G/LTE where supported if 5G is unstable.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, choose a partner confirmed by your order or support. Move locations only when safe.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported. AloOui provides 24/7 human support through the Help Center. Share your order, device, location and error privately.
