1. Definitions
AloOui eSIM is a service provided by Unitrade LLC, a company incorporated in 16192 Costal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA
Throughout these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Unitrade LLC operating as trading name:AloOui eSIM. “You” and “your” refer to the individual purchasing a Plan from our website.
eSIM means the profile provided by AloOui eSIM (trading name of Unitrade llc) for using Mobile Data services on a Compatible Mobile Device (including compatible tablets and laptops).
• Activation (or “Activated”) refers to the process of registering your eSIM on a mobile network for the first time to enable a Plan or Plans purchased for use in the country where the Activation occurs.
• Affiliate means a person (or entity, including companies) that refers you to us for the purchase of Mobile Data Services, such as through a link in a loyalty program website directing you to our website.
• Compatible Mobile Device refers to a device capable of registering on a mobile data network and using the AloOui eSIM Mobile Data service, without requiring a physical SIM card. A list of these devices is available on our website, which may be updated periodically without notice.
• Competent Authority refers to any individual or entity with statutory authority over you, us, or the Mobile Data service.
• Consumer means a natural person who enters into this agreement and/or uses the Mobile Data services for personal, non-business use.
• Group Companies refers to any subsidiaries of Unitrade llc, its parent company(ies), and any subsidiaries of those parent companies.
• Mobile Data refers to mobile carrier network access (GPRS, 3G, HSDPA, LTE, LTE+, and 5G) providing internet access via electromagnetic signals that do not rely on any physical medium designed for the conveyance of such energy.
• Plan refers to the Mobile Data package you purchased from us via our website.
• Sales Representative refers to an individual or entity, including resellers or third-party agents, who may promote and sell AloOui eSIM services on behalf of the company, receiving commissions for sales made.
• Virus refers to any program or code designed to manipulate other software, replicate itself, or introduce harmful or malicious code into a system, with the intent to cause damage or extract information.
2. Plans
Our Mobile Data service is intended solely for your personal use during short-term travel away from your usual country of residence. You must use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, and it is restricted to no more than sixty (60) consecutive days in any single country.
Please note that our Plans only provide Mobile Data services and do not include voice calling or access to emergency services.
The quality and availability of the Mobile Data service depend on coverage from our in-country network partners, which we cannot guarantee. The service may also experience faults or interruptions due to various factors such as atmospheric conditions, network congestion, terrain, distance from cellular towers, and your position within a building.
Any usage of the Mobile Data service will be deducted from your data allowance, regardless of how it is consumed. This includes usage resulting from a Virus. For your security, we strongly recommend that you keep your device secure, protect your AloOui eSIM account credentials, and deactivate any downloads or streaming services, except over Wi-Fi, when using a Plan.
To maintain the integrity of the Mobile Data service, we or our partners may apply traffic management measures. Details of these measures can be found on our website, and they may be updated without prior notice.
3. Using Our Mobile Data Service
Our Mobile Data service is intended solely for your personal use during short-term travel away from your usual country of residence. You must use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, and it is restricted to no more than sixty (60) consecutive days in any single country.

4. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms upon written notice, particularly when required by law or any Competent Authority. Otherwise, any changes to these terms will be made with no less than thirty (30) days’ written notice to you, for any reason.
If you are a Consumer and disagree with any changes to the terms (except where we consider the change to be purely administrative or beneficial to you, including those required by law or by any Competent Authority), you have the right to terminate this Agreement in writing. In such cases, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any remaining unused Plan(s).
5. Our Liability to You
Our liability to you is solely as outlined in this Agreement, and we bear no further duties or liabilities towards you.
This Agreement does not limit or exclude our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our actions or omissions, nor does it limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation made by us.
Beyond the exceptions mentioned, our total liability to you, including that of any representatives or employees, is capped at $100 for any single incident or $200 for multiple incidents within a twelve (12) month period.
If you are using the Mobile Data service for business or professional purposes, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering into this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business, anticipated savings (costs you expected to avoid through the use of the Mobile Data service), or anticipated profits, as well as loss of or damage to property.
For Consumers, we will not be liable for any loss of income, business, or profits, or any loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable when entering into this Agreement.
You must notify us of any claims as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be held liable if we are unable to fulfill our obligations or provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for any harm or damage caused by a Virus that infects your devices, whether transmitted via our Mobile Data services or otherwise. You remain liable for all charges associated with services activated by such a Virus.
This section on liability shall remain effective even after this Agreement is terminated.
6. Suspension of Service
We may suspend or terminate the service without notice for maintenance, legal compliance, or if terms are violated. Suspensions will count against your Plan’s validity period.
7. Your Right to Terminate
You have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing us with notice of termination. The termination will take effect on the last day of the validity period of any active Plans you have purchased.
Please note that termination of this Agreement does not entitle you to a credit or refund for any unused allowances, unless termination occurs under the conditions specified in point 4 of this Agreement, where a refund or credit may be applicable.
8. Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, without owing you any refund, under the following circumstances:
1. If you breach any significant term of this Agreement, or multiple minor terms that, collectively, are considered substantial violations.
2. If we are required to terminate this Agreement due to a legal requirement or a decision issued by a Competent Authority.
3. If you breach a minor condition of this Agreement and fail to rectify the breach within seven (7) days of receiving our notice requesting you to fix it.
If we decide to terminate this Agreement under any of the conditions outlined above, we will take the following actions:
1. If any Plan(s) you have purchased have not been activated in full, we will refund the amount paid for those Plans that remain unactivated.
2. If any Plan(s) have been activated but not fully used or expired, we will refund you a reasonable pro-rata amount based on the remaining usage or time period.
3. If we are required to terminate the Agreement due to legal or regulatory decisions, and those decisions mandate that we provide a refund, we will honor such requirements.
4. If we are unable to offer the Mobile Data service in the country or countries specified in your Plan(s), we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled services.
9. General
You must obtain our explicit consent before attempting to transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement. We reserve the right to transfer any of our rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties, without requiring your approval, as long as the level of service you currently receive is not materially diminished.
We may record any communications between you and our customer service team, including live text chats, for quality and training purposes. Additionally, we may send you notices through various means, including your postal address, email address, or online account. You may also receive over-the-air updates to your device, which might make minor adjustments to the functionality or appearance of your device. Acceptance of these changes is required, and if you fail to do so, it may render the Mobile Data service inoperable.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your postal or email address. We are not liable for any messages or notifications that do not reach you due to issues like changes in your address, email provider issues, or if your devices are misconfigured or powered off.

Any exceptions or extensions of time we grant you apply solely to the specific situation in which they are given and do not alter our rights or obligations under this Agreement in any other way.
This Agreement does not grant any rights to third parties under the applicable US contract laws or the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts in Delaware, USA. You may also have the option to address your dispute through relevant dispute resolution bodies, should such a system be available.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be legally ineffective or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains valid and enforceable. We reserve the right to modify any unenforceable provisions with similar terms that are legally valid and effective.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the Mobile Data services provided. Any previous statements or representations, whether written or verbal, are not included as part of this Agreement.
10. Your Information
You confirm that the information you provide to us, including your registration details, is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to your details by contacting our customer services as set out below.
We will use your personal information in accordance with the terms of this agreement and our privacy policy, which you can find on our website.
Where you were referred to us by an Affiliate, we may share your e-mail address and purchase history with the Affiliate from time to time, in addition to any other information which you consented for the Affiliate to receive when entering into an agreement with the Affiliate.
We and/or Our Group Companies will use your personal information for providing the Mobile Data service, administration of your Account and billing, advertising, marketing, research, analytics, credit scoring, customer services, tracking the devices you are using on our network, and web use, as well as profiling your preferences. We will disclose your information to our service providers and agents to help us with these purposes. We will keep your information for a reasonable period after your contract with us has finished in case you decide to use our services again and may contact you about your services during this time.
You agree that we, our Group Companies, and our carefully selected business partners can use information about you, including information about your use of our network, Mobile Data service, and related products, and the location of the devices you are using on our network, to tell you about products, services, or promotions offered by us and third parties that may be of interest to you and for research and analytics purposes. We may contact you by post, fax, email, telephone, electronic messaging (including but not limited to SMS and MMS), or online or via any other interactive media. If you would prefer not to receive direct marketing communications from us, simply let us know by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email and we will stop sending them to you. Please see our privacy policy on our website for further details. If you will be permitting someone else to use the Mobile Data services, then you agree that you have told that person how we will use their information and obtained their consent to this.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information (for a small charge) and to correct any inaccuracies. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
In the event of a personal data security breach that affects you, we will notify the relevant authorities, and if appropriate, we will notify the subscriber or user of our Mobile Data service who is affected by the breach in writing. A personal data security breach that affects you (or the subscriber/user) does not give you the right to terminate this Agreement.
We may transfer your personal information to countries outside the United States, which do not always provide the same level of data protection as the U.S., for the purposes of providing you with our Services. If we do make such a transfer, we will put a contract in place with our service providers, including security obligations on them to ensure your information is protected in accordance with U.S. standards.
We will carry out any activity or disclosure of your personal information to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements, for law enforcement purposes, and to detect, prevent, or investigate crime, fraud, and misuse of or damage to our network or Mobile Data services.

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to AloOui eSIM. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of eSIM products. By using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Use of Website and Services
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring its accuracy.
2. eSIM Services
eSIM availability and performance depend on third-party network providers and may vary by location. Ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing, as we are not responsible for incompatibility issues. Users are responsible for monitoring their data usage. Any overages or mismanagement are not refundable.
3. International Sales and Deliveries
- Global Availability: Our eSIM services are available in multiple countries. By purchasing, you agree to the specific coverage and network limitations in the destination country.
- Customs and Import Duties: If your country imposes customs or import duties, taxes, or any other additional fees, you are responsible for these charges. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the customs authorities or the carrier.
- Regulatory Compliance: By purchasing our eSIM products, you confirm that you comply with all applicable local laws, including any regulations regarding telecommunications services and devices in the country you are traveling to.
4. Payment and Pricing
All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency and may be subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., taxes or currency conversion) applicable in their country.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued for unused eSIMs within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted for activated eSIMs, used services, or any user-induced issues. To request a refund, please contact us with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. This includes issues with network coverage, speed, or compatibility. We are not responsible for third-party network disruptions or user error.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including reselling eSIMs, using the eSIM for illegal activities, or tampering with our site. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
