Palestine eSIM

Palestine eSIM: check network suitability first

AloOui Palestine eSIM is a data-only travel eSIM with fixed data up to 5GB and Unlimited Lite, Essential and Plus for up to 5 days. Your QR code is delivered by email after purchase. The provider lists Jawwal at 2G only for this product. Confirm your exact locations and intended uses with support before purchasing. Do not choose it expecting 3G, 4G, 5G, reliable video calls or fast uploads.

Choose for your visit

For lighter use or stays longer than five days, compare fixed 3GB or 5GB for 30 days. Essential is the balanced standard Unlimited tier; Plus has a larger daily allowance for data-heavy use, but neither upgrades the listed 2G connection. For tasks needing faster connectivity, confirm a suitable service rather than buying a larger allowance.

Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing. Select your exact option above for its current price.

Compare selectable plans

These are plan-policy thresholds, not promised connection speeds. Actual 2G performance can be below the stated policy limits throughout use. Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily allowances refresh each day. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Fixed allowances above 5GB, Unlimited durations above 5 days and Premium are not selectable. Plus is not Premium or Platinum.

Jawwal coverage and exact locations

The provider entry lists Jawwal under PS with 2G only. It does not separately establish service in the West Bank or Gaza, or at any particular address in Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jericho or Nablus. Confirm essential locations, current service availability and device support for the listed connection before purchasing. A country entry or nearby network signal is not a territorial or cross-border service guarantee.

Check current official travel advice, entry rules, local restrictions and your organisation's safety arrangements independently. This listing is not a recommendation to travel and does not establish safe access to any location. Keep contacts, maps and documents offline and arrange appropriate backup communications. Do not rely on this eSIM as your sole emergency communication method. Satellite networks are not included.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and network, with shared usage counting toward the same allowance. The listed 2G service remains the constraint when sharing data. This eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calls and messaging depend on app availability and connection performance.

If your device supports keeping your home SIM enabled, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM, are carrier-unlocked and can use the listed network technology. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported destination network, not simply on installation. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Immediate connection is not guaranteed.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first, or Jawwal if manual selection is needed. Ask support about device network-mode compatibility with the listed 2G service.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.

Contact the AloOui Help Center with your order number, device model, intended locations and error screenshots. Only move to another location when safe.

Planning additional destinations?

This product does not list Israel or Jordan. MENA, Middle East & Africa and Middle East Long Trip do not list Palestine. Confirm an explicitly listed option for each additional destination; do not substitute a regional plan based on its name.
