Choose a US eSIM for Maine and Acadia travel

Planning Portland, Maine, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park? Compare AloOui's existing United States eSIM for maps, reservations and messages where supported local mobile coverage exists. Your QR code is emailed after purchase. This is a Maine itinerary guide, not a state-only product and not the Portland, Oregon city guide.

Compare US data plans for Maine

No Premium tier is selectable on this US product. Check data, speeds, hotspot terms and current price on the United States plan page. Extra data cannot create signal along remote coast or park roads.

Portland, Maine arrival

Save the airport on your ticket, accommodation address and onward transport details before leaving Wi-Fi. This is Portland in Maine, not Portland, Oregon. Check any ferry or cruise booking with your operator; a US mobile data plan does not guarantee offshore or shipboard reception.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park

Keep park reservations, route maps and emergency details offline. Check current entry, road, shuttle and weather rules with park authorities before setting out. Terrain, buildings and distance from supported networks can limit service in the park, on trails and on rocky coastal routes. Do not rely on an eSIM as your only navigation or emergency method. Park entry, shuttles and tours are separate.

Island and coastal excursions

For a boat outing, save operator meeting points and return times before departure. Do not assume coverage on boats, offshore or at every coastal stop. Follow local weather and safety advice, and keep tickets accessible without a data connection.

Install and troubleshoot

1. Choose a United States plan and validity, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
2. Connect an unlocked eSIM-compatible phone to Wi-Fi. Add an eSIM from iPhone Cellular/Mobile Data settings or Android SIM manager/Network settings, then scan the code.
3. Label the line AloOui and follow the delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
4. Where supported service exists, select AloOui for mobile data and follow your activation instructions. If data fails in a connected area, check validity and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode and check any APN guidance. Visit the AloOui Help Center for help. Settings cannot fix a place with no signal.

Maine eSIM FAQs

Is there a Maine-only eSIM?

No. This trip guide links to the existing United States data eSIM.

Will it work throughout Acadia?

Do not assume reception on every park road, trail or coastal stop. Save maps and safety details offline.

Does fixed data reset daily?

No. It is one total allowance over selected validity.

Does it include a US phone number?

Do not assume calls or SMS are included. The US virtual number is a separate automatically renewing monthly subscription.
