Arriving in the Bay Area

Check which airport is on your ticket and save the accommodation address and transfer instructions before leaving Wi-Fi. Several airports serve Bay Area itineraries, so do not assume your arrival point. After following your selected plan's activation guidance, supported data can help with directions and contacting your host. Confirm current transport timetables, fares and pickup points with the operator. An eSIM does not include a transfer.

City visits and work trips

Use supported data for directions to your hotel, booked visits and meeting venues. Save addresses and entry details offline in case reception varies inside older buildings, underground transport or crowded halls. Install and troubleshoot

Choose a United States plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
Scan the code, label the line AloOui and follow the delivery instructions. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow your plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode, verify any APN instructions in your email and try automatic network selection. Visit the AloOui Help Center for assistance.
