Standard Cyprus Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity. Premium is distinct from Plus and Platinum.

Cyprus networks and coverage
The provider list specifies CYTA and Epic with support up to 5G, and PrimeTel with support up to 4G where available. Epic appears under the operator name MTN Cyprus Limited; that entry is not an additional separate network. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions. 5G and service at every address are not guaranteed.
Do not assume these Cyprus network entries establish service in Northern Cyprus, including Kyrenia or northern Famagusta. Northern Cyprus eSIM is a separate product; confirm its exact coverage and terms before relying on service there. Coverage near crossing points can vary, so check your itinerary before buying.
Coastal stays and mountain outings
Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage. Reception can vary on Troodos mountain roads, remote Akamas routes, inside buildings and at busy resorts. A country listing does not promise service at every beach, trail or property. Check essential location coverage with support before purchase.
Check current access, weather and local travel guidance separately from connectivity. Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and land-based coverage does not promise service throughout a boat journey.
Hotspot, calls and your existing number
Hotspot use depends on your selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a Cypriot phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.
You can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS if your device supports the arrangement. Check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; local legal requirements may differ.
Compatibility, installation and activation
Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.
Validity starts when the eSIM first uses data on a supported destination network, not simply on installation. If already within supported Cyprus coverage, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.
APN and troubleshooting
- Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on. Check your location is covered by the selected plan.
- If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
- Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
- Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select a listed supported partner and move to a stronger-signal area.
- Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
