Choose your plan

• Lighter use: compare fixed 5GB or 10GB for 30 days for maps, messages and bookings between Wi-Fi connections.
• Balanced daily use: Essential provides 1GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Data-heavy use: Plus provides 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps, for more uploads or hotspot use where supported.

Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing. Select your exact option above for its current price.

Compare selectable plans

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Premium is not selectable. Plus is not Premium or Platinum.

Confirm Puerto Rico network details before buying

Partner-network and connection-technology details are not currently available in this product's provider record. Contact support to confirm the supported network and essential locations before purchasing. T-Mobile, AT&T, Claro, 4G and 5G are not independently confirmed here.

Reception at every resort, beach or address is not guaranteed. Actual connection and speed depend on the supported partner, your device, location and local conditions. Do not assume mainland USA plan specifications establish this product's networks.

Vieques, Culebra and outdoor trips

Save maps, ferry tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential locations with support before purchasing, particularly Vieques, Culebra, El Yunque routes, caves or remote properties. The destination name does not independently confirm each smaller island or attraction's reception.

Check current access, weather and local safety guidance separately before hiking or kayaking. Do not rely on continuous mobile data for remote navigation or emergency communication. Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and reception throughout ferries or cruises is not promised.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and network; confirm its terms before purchasing. Shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.

If your device supports keeping your home SIM enabled, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts on activation by connection to a supported destination network, not installation alone. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Use automatic network selection first; ask support which partner to select if needed.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.

Contact the AloOui Help Center with your order number, device model, location and error screenshots.

Caribbean eSIM does not list Puerto Rico. Do not replace your Puerto Rico plan with it for a Puerto Rico stay. Confirm Puerto Rico explicitly in any USA, North America or regional option before choosing it, rather than inferring coverage from a region's name.
