What is AloOui UK Local eSIM?
A UK Local eSIM is a full mobile plan for use inside the United Kingdom. It includes data, calls, and SMS with a local UK number.
Do I get a UK phone number?
Yes. All UK Local plans come with a UK mobile number.
How do I find my phone number?
Dial *#100# and press call. Your number will appear on screen instantly.

What’s the difference between Monthly Plan and Top Up?
- Monthly Plan is your main mobile plan with calls, SMS, and data.
- Top Up is extra data you can add anytime.
When does my monthly plan start?
Your billing starts once you purchased your eSIM.
When will my plan renew?
It renews every month on the same date you activated it.
Example: Activate on 10th → renews every 10th
What happens if I activate on 29th, 30th, or 31st?
Your renewal date will adjust to the last day of shorter months (like February).
Data Top Up
What is a Data Top Up?
A Data Top Up gives you extra data without changing your plan.
When does Top Up start?
It starts when you first use it, not when you buy it.
Does Top Up affect my monthly plan?
No. Your monthly billing stays the same.

You can call:
- UK landlines (01, 02, 03)
- UK mobiles
- Freephone numbers (080)
- Emergency services (999, 112)
What is not supported?
- Premium numbers (09, 118, etc.)
- Some non-standard numbers (070, 076)
- International calls and SMS
Troubleshooting
Calls or SMS not working? Try this:
- Check the number is correct
- Make sure your eSIM is set as primary line
- Check your plan includes calls/SMS
- Restart your phone or toggle airplane mode

What is Wi-Fi Calling?
You can make calls using Wi-Fi when signal is weak.
Do I need to enable it?
Yes, turn it on in your phone settings.
Is there extra cost?
No. It costs the same as normal calls.
