Compare selectable plans

Standard Bahamas Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity. This product has no selectable Premium option, 100GB fixed plan or 30-day Unlimited duration. Plus is not Premium.

Bahamas networks and island coverage

The provider list specifies BTC and Aliv with support up to 4G where available. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions. The country entry does not separately confirm coverage on every island, cay or at every resort. If visiting Exuma, Eleuthera, Grand Bahama or an Out Island property, confirm your specific location with support before purchasing.

Cruise stops and boat excursions

Use the plan where supported land-based service is available during your Bahamas stop. Satellite and maritime networks are not included; this is not a cruise-ship connectivity plan and does not promise service at sea or throughout an excursion between cays. Save tickets, maps and meeting details offline before leaving reliable coverage.

This product lists the Bahamas only, not other cruise destinations or the USA. AloOui's Caribbean regional product does not list the Bahamas, so do not choose it as a substitute for this destination.

Hotspot, calls and your existing number

Hotspot use depends on your selected plan, device and network. This data eSIM does not include a Bahamian phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.

You can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS if your device supports the arrangement. Check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; local legal requirements may differ.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in the Bahamas. Installation alone does not start validity. If already within supported coverage, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select a listed supported partner and move to a stronger-signal area on land.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
