Standard United Arab Emirates Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day; reduced speeds apply after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Premium Unlimited is also selectable for 5, 10 or 15 days.

UAE coverage on du
This plan covers the United Arab Emirates only, not Oman, Saudi Arabia or other neighboring countries. All 32 current plan records name Du. Some Du entries list 2G/3G/4G/5G, while others do not specify network generations. Confirm the supported technology for your purchased option rather than assuming universal 4G or 5G entitlement. Actual access and speeds depend on your device, selected plan, supported partner and local conditions; 5G is not guaranteed everywhere.
Desert trips, mountain routes and busy venues
Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before desert excursions or mountain journeys. Reception can vary inside large venues and buildings, along highways and in remote areas. Plan appropriate backup communications for remote travel rather than relying on mobile data alone.
Hotspot, messaging and data-only service
Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network. Shared usage counts toward the same total or daily high-speed allowance. Large uploads, backups and streaming can use data quickly.
This eSIM does not include a UAE phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based app features, including voice and video calling, may be subject to local restrictions; this plan does not guarantee access to a particular app or bypass those restrictions. If you keep your home SIM for calls or SMS, check its roaming charges and turn off its data roaming.
Install before departure, activate when ready
Use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device and stable Wi-Fi to install the QR code from your email. Choose Add eSIM in your phone's cellular or SIM settings; menus vary by device. Restart your phone after downloading the eSIM.
Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported UAE network. Installation alone does not start validity. If you are already in the UAE, enabling the line and connecting can start your plan.
When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and apply your purchased order's activation and data-roaming instructions. Disable automatic mobile-data switching to your home SIM where available.
APN and connection help
- Check that AloOui is enabled and selected for mobile data, with data-roaming settings matching your purchased order's instructions.
- The current plan records list APN data.esim. If manual configuration is required, follow your purchased order's exact APN and credential instructions, then save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically.
- Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone. Try 4G/LTE where supported if 5G is unstable.
- Start with automatic network selection. If needed, choose a supported partner identified in your purchased order's instructions or by support.
- Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed unless support directs deletion.
