UK coverage and networks

This country product covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Supported networks include Three UK, O2 UK and Vodafone UK, with 4G and 5G capabilities. Available signal and speeds depend on the selected plan, device, location and network conditions.

Compare fixed data and Unlimited

Fixed-data plans include 1GB / 7 days, 2GB / 15 days, and 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB or 100GB / 30 days. Each provides one total allowance for the full validity period, with no reduced-speed continuation after it is used.

These three tiers have 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 30-day choices. Full-speed allowances reset daily; reduced speeds apply for the remainder of that day after the allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unlimited full-speed data.

Unlimited options whose names do not specify Essential or Plus are Lite: 1GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at up to 512 kbps for the remainder of that day.

The calls/SMS travel options on this product include a UK phone number plus the data, call minutes and SMS listed below. Choose your preferred allowance directly in this product's plan selector.

• 1GB / 7 days: UK number, 20 minutes and 20 SMS
• 2GB / 14 days: UK number, 40 minutes and 40 SMS
• 5GB / 30 days: UK number, 100 minutes and 100 SMS
• 10GB / 30 days: UK number, 200 minutes and 200 SMS
• 20GB / 30 days: UK number, 300 minutes and 300 SMS
• 50GB / 30 days: UK number, 450 minutes and 450 SMS

These inclusions apply to the selected calls/SMS travel options. Data-only options support internet-based calling and messaging apps but do not include a UK number or native calls/SMS.

Hotspot sharing

Hotspot sharing uses your selected plan's data allowance, subject to plan and device terms. Reduced speeds also affect shared data.

Install before departure, activate in the UK

1. Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that your phone is carrier-unlocked.
2. Open your QR-code email and install using stable Wi-Fi through your phone's SIM settings. Follow the emailed instructions and label the line AloOui.
3. On arrival, enable the AloOui line, select it for mobile data and enable Data Roaming on that line.

Installation alone does not start travel-plan validity. Validity starts on activation when the eSIM connects to a supported destination network. Keep roaming off on your home line to avoid home-carrier roaming charges. Follow any specific instructions supplied with your selected calls/SMS option.

Troubleshooting and APN

APN: data.esim. If you have signal but no internet, confirm AloOui is selected for mobile data and roaming is enabled on that line. Enter data.esim if the APN is missing or incorrect; keep other fields unchanged unless your instructions say otherwise. Restart your phone or briefly toggle airplane mode.

If necessary, try a supported network listed in your activation instructions. If it is rejected, return to Automatic and contact support. Keep the installed eSIM and your QR code private. Visit the AloOui Help Center with your order details, phone model and error message.

Traveling beyond the UK?
