Compare China packages

Choose fixed data for lighter use between Wi-Fi connections. Essential is the balanced daily option, while Plus provides more daily high-speed data for heavier use. For intensive short trips, compare Premium's whole-plan pools against your exact dates and budget; Premium is separate from Plus. One-day Lite is the lowest entry price, not a seven-day package.

Daily limits and Premium explained

• Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Lite, Essential and Plus refresh their high-speed allowances daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after the daily allowance is used. Premium instead has 30GB, 60GB or 90GB high-speed for the whole 5-, 10- or 15-day plan respectively, with no daily reset, then up to 2 Mbps until expiry. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation.

Mainland coverage and networks

The recorded partner is China Telecom. Network generations are unspecified, so the records do not establish 4G or 5G entitlement. Confirm supported access for your exact purchased option. Actual access and speeds depend on the plan, device, location and local conditions. Save maps, tickets and bookings offline before rural or mountainous journeys. This plan does not include Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.

Apps and travel preparation

Check the availability of the apps and websites you plan to use before departure and keep offline copies of essential information. This plan does not guarantee access to specific services or VPN-free access. Internet access and app availability can depend on local restrictions and network routing.

Hotspot and data-only service

Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network. Shared usage counts toward the same total or high-speed allowance and speed limits. Confirm the exact selected option's sharing terms, including Premium, before buying if tethering is essential. Large downloads, backups and streaming can use data quickly.

This eSIM has no local phone number, ordinary calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling depend on service availability. If retaining your home SIM, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic mobile-data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

1. Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi through your cellular or SIM settings, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private. Restart after the download finishes if instructed.
3. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and apply your purchased order's activation and data-roaming instructions.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported mainland China network, not QR delivery or installation alone. If already there, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry and top-up instructions.

APN, connection help and 24/7 human support

1. Check AloOui is enabled and selected for mobile data, with data-roaming settings matching your purchased order's instructions.
2. The current plan records list APN data.esim. If manual configuration is required, follow your order's exact APN and credential instructions, then save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically.
3. After installation finishes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart. Use a supported network mode according to your order or support's instructions.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, choose the supported partner identified in your order or by support, not any network that appears.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported.

AloOui provides 24/7 human customer support through the Help Center. Share your order number, exact device model, location and error privately.
