Choose your allowance before departure. Essential is the balanced daily option, while Plus offers more daily high-speed data for uploads and hotspot use where supported. Explore Oceania plans and current prices.
This regional plan does not include Fiji, Papua New Guinea or other Pacific islands in its current supplier coverage record.

Fixed data or daily Unlimited?
Fixed data for occasional use
Choose 1GB/7 days, 2GB/15 days or 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB or 100GB/30 days. One total allowance is shared across both covered countries. The plan ends at allowance exhaustion or validity expiry, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation.
Daily allowances for frequent use
Compare Essential for everyday maps, messages and bookings. Choose Plus when you expect more uploads or hotspot use. Streaming and cloud backups consume data quickly, and reduced-speed limits are not guaranteed achieved speeds.
Help choosing your itinerary's plan
Use Shop with AI on the AloOui website or app to find options for your destinations, trip length and data needs. Check the selected plan's coverage, allowance and current price before purchasing.

Plan your arrival before leaving Wi-Fi
Save your hotel address, transfer details, tickets and important contacts offline. Check your exact phone model and regional version for eSIM support and confirm that it is carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi, following the supplied instructions.
Validity starts on activation by connection to a supported network in a covered destination, not installation alone. If you are already in Australia or New Zealand, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. Keep essential arrival information offline rather than relying on an immediate connection.
Australia: city stays and road trips
Sydney and Melbourne bookings, urban navigation and messages can be useful mobile-data tasks. For outback drives, national parks and regional routes, download maps and accommodation details before leaving connected areas. Reception is not guaranteed at every attraction, campsite or stretch of road.
The supplier lists Optus with 4G/5G support and Telstra up to 4G for this plan. Availability depends on your compatible device, the partner and local coverage; the operator list does not establish reception throughout Australia.
New Zealand: travel between towns and mountain areas
Keep Auckland arrival details, Wellington reservations or Queenstown activity bookings available offline. Mountain roads, trails and remote areas can have limited or no reception. Do not rely on mobile connectivity as your only source of directions or safety information.
One New Zealand and Spark are listed with 4G/5G support. Actual access and speed depend on the partner, device and location. Ferry and offshore reception are not guaranteed.
Traveling between Australia and New Zealand
You can use the same Oceania plan in both listed destinations within its existing allowance and validity, subject to supported local coverage. Select AloOui for mobile data and enable data roaming on that line when ready. Crossing between the countries does not restart validity or give you a fresh fixed allowance.
Adding Pacific islands to your trip?
Check separate destination coverage before purchasing for Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Samoa, Tonga, French Polynesia, Cook Islands or other Pacific stops. Those destinations are not included in the current Oceania provider record. A separate destination product does not expand the regional plan. Do not assume one Oceania purchase provides connectivity throughout a Pacific island-hopping itinerary.
Hotspot, calls and your home SIM
Hotspot depends on the device and available network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. The Oceania eSIM is data-only, without a local number, native calls or SMS. App-based communication consumes data and requires connectivity.
If keeping your home SIM for calls or texts, check its roaming charges and disable its data roaming. Disable automatic data switching to the home SIM where available.
Connection troubleshooting
Check that AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on. If manual APN setup is required, use data.esim with username and password blank. Toggle airplane mode or restart. Try automatic network selection first, then a listed supported partner for the current destination if needed. Check allowance and validity. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting; contact the AloOui Help Center.
