Do I get a UK phone number?
UK Monthly and UK Prepaid plans include a UK mobile number. UK Data plans are data only and do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.

• UK Monthly includes a UK number, data, unlimited UK calls and unlimited UK SMS with monthly renewal.

• UK Data is a data only plan designed for users who do not need a UK phone number, calls or SMS.
When does my monthly plan start?
Your billing starts once you purchased your eSIM.
When will my plan renew?
It renews every month on the same date you activated it.
Example: Activate on 10th → renews every 10th
What happens if I activate on 29th, 30th, or 31st?
Your renewal date will adjust to the last day of shorter months (like February).
