Welcome to AloOui. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “AloOui”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AloOui eSIM, operated by Unitrade LLC.

AloOui provides digital mobile connectivity services through eSIM technology, including prepaid travel eSIM services and UK local mobile services.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

AloOui provides digital telecommunications services delivered electronically through eSIM technology.

Our services may include:

  • Travel eSIM prepaid mobile data services
  • UK Local eSIM services, including data, voice, and SMS where applicable

Service availability, supported features, and network coverage may vary by country, network operator, device compatibility, and plan type.


4. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • All information provided to us is accurate and complete

For certain services, including UK Local eSIM plans, identity verification may be required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.


5. Device Compatibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • Your device is network unlocked
  • Your device supports compatible frequency bands and network standards

AloOui is not responsible for service issues caused by incompatible or unsupported devices.


6. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through AloOui are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice and may exclude taxes or regulatory charges where applicable.

By submitting payment, you authorize AloOui to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.


7. Digital Delivery & Activation

All AloOui products are digital services delivered electronically.

Travel eSIM activation occurs upon installation, activation, or first usage of the eSIM.

UK Local eSIM services may activate upon assignment of the mobile plan.

Installation, activation, or first use of an eSIM constitutes commencement of the digital service.


8. Subscription & Auto Renewal

Certain UK Local eSIM services operate on recurring monthly subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation.

You may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.


9. Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the digital nature of eSIM services, refunds may be limited once service activation or usage has occurred.

By activating or using an eSIM, you acknowledge and agree that digital service delivery has commenced.

Refunds may be provided where:

  • An eSIM was not delivered
  • A verified technical issue prevented service use
  • Refunds are otherwise required by law


10. Network Availability & Coverage

AloOui services rely on third-party network operators and infrastructure.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service
  • Specific network speeds or bandwidth
  • Coverage in all geographic areas

Service performance depends on network conditions, local infrastructure, device compatibility, and location.


11. Fair Usage & Acceptable Use

Services are intended for normal personal consumer use only.

You agree not to use the services for:

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Spam or bulk communications
  • SIM farms or traffic routing
  • Automated systems or abusive usage
  • Commercial resale or redistribution
  • Machine-to-machine (M2M) or IoT usage unless expressly approved

For plans marketed as unlimited or high-volume, excessive or abnormal usage may result in speed reductions, restrictions, suspension, or termination.


12. UK Local eSIM Terms

12.1 Number Allocation

A UK mobile number may be assigned for eligible services. Number ownership remains with the underlying network provider.

12.2 Usage Restrictions

Premium-rate, non-standard, or restricted services may be unavailable or blocked.

International usage or roaming may be limited depending on the selected plan.

12.3 Emergency Services

Emergency calling functionality may be limited or unavailable depending on device, network, and location.

You must not rely solely on AloOui services for emergency communications.


13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and related materials remain the property of AloOui, Unitrade LLC, or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit any part of our services or content without prior written permission.


14. Third Party Services

Our services may contain links, integrations, or tools provided by third parties, including Shopify and telecommunications partners.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies.


15. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.

By using our services, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed by Shopify and third-party service providers in order to provide the services.


16. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without notice where:

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • Payment is not received
  • Regulatory obligations require action
  • These Terms are violated

We may also monitor usage patterns to protect network integrity and prevent misuse.


17. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always-available service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AloOui, Unitrade LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.


19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AloOui, Unitrade LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates and partners against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights


20. Governing Law

Travel eSIM services are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

UK Local eSIM services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


21. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
