Installation versus activation

Before installing

Check your exact model and regional version for eSIM support and carrier-unlocked status. Do not assume every iPhone, Samsung or Pixel in a model family supports eSIM. Have stable Wi-Fi, sufficient battery and your order email ready. Keep the QR code private and available on another screen, or use supplied manual installation details.

Install on iPhone

1. In Settings, open Cellular or Mobile Data and choose Add eSIM. Menu wording varies by software and region.
2. Choose Use QR Code and scan the code in your order email. Follow the onscreen prompts to finish downloading.
3. If scanning fails and your email supplies manual details, use Enter Details Manually and enter the supplied address and activation code exactly.
4. Label the line AloOui. Once the download has completed, restart your phone.
5. When ready to connect at the supported destination, enable the AloOui line, select it for mobile data and follow the order's roaming instructions.

Do not assume iPhone's transfer options can move your purchased travel eSIM to another device. Confirm transfer and reinstallation terms with support before changing phones or deleting the profile.

Other compatible phones

Use your phone's Add eSIM or download-SIM option and the installation details in your email. Menu names depend on the exact model and software. Let the download finish, restart, then select AloOui for mobile data when ready at the destination. Follow the order's roaming and APN instructions rather than copying settings from another plan.

Keep your home number without unwanted data switching

If your device supports the arrangement, you can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS while using AloOui for data. Turn off home-SIM data roaming and automatic data switching. Retaining the home line does not make its calls, messages or other roaming charges free; check your carrier's terms.

Installed but no internet?

1. Confirm the destination is included, validity has not ended and data remains.
2. Check AloOui is enabled and selected as the mobile-data line. Apply the roaming settings specified in your order.
3. If manual APN configuration is required, enter the APN and credentials supplied for that purchased plan. Do not assume every AloOui plan uses the same APN.
4. After installation is complete, try a brief airplane-mode toggle or restart where supported coverage exists. Use automatic network selection first unless your instructions specify otherwise.
5. If the QR code says already used, check whether the profile is already installed. Manual entry does not bypass a used-code restriction. Keep the profile and contact support rather than deleting it or repeatedly reinstalling.

Fixed data is a total pool. Daily Lite, Essential and Plus plans have plan-specific high-speed allowances and reduced-speed conditions. Premium has a whole-plan pool where offered, not a daily refill. Larger allowances do not improve signal or expand destination coverage. Compare the exact selected plan's terms and budget.
