Airport arrival and your first Miami day
Save the airport named on your ticket, accommodation address and transfer details before leaving Wi-Fi. After following your chosen plan's activation steps, supported data can help with directions and contacting your host. Confirm current pickup points and fares with your transport provider. Pre-cruise stays and onward travel
For a pre-cruise night, save your boarding documents, terminal assignment and departure instructions offline. Install and troubleshoot
- Choose a United States plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
- Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
- Scan the code, label the line AloOui and follow your delivery instructions. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
- On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow the selected plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode, verify any APN instructions in your email and try automatic network selection.
