AloOui is a digital service operated by Unitrade LLC. There is no physical shipping involved.

Travel eSIM Delivery

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, your eSIM QR code or installation instructions will be delivered by email instantly or within a few minutes.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to payment verification or system delays.

If Your eSIM Email Has Not Arrived

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Ensure that the email address provided with your order is correct.
3. Contact support@travel.alooui.com or visit the AloOui Help Center. Include your order number so our team can help locate your purchase.

Installation and Travel eSIM Validity

We recommend installing your travel eSIM before your trip while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.

For AloOui travel eSIMs, installation alone does not start the plan's validity. Validity starts on activation when the eSIM connects to a supported network.
