  • Virtual phone numbers
  • Internet based voice calling
  • SMS and MMS messaging
  • Voicemail services
  • Subscriptions and recurring telecommunications services
  • Other related digital connectivity services

Service availability, supported features, number availability, network coverage, and service quality may vary depending on the country, telecommunications provider, network operator, device, location, and selected product.

We may add, modify, restrict, or discontinue services or features from time to time.

4. Eligibility

By using AloOui services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and complete
  • You will use our services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

5. Device and Service Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and intended use are compatible with the AloOui service you purchase.

For eSIM services, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • Your device is network unlocked where required
  • Your device supports the necessary network technologies and frequency bands

AloOui is not responsible for service limitations caused by incompatible devices, unsupported operating systems, local network restrictions, or third party applications.

6. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through AloOui are subject to acceptance, availability, and applicable payment authorization.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Applicable taxes, regulatory charges, or other charges may be included or added where required.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the products or services you purchase, including recurring charges where you have enrolled in a subscription.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, suspend, cancel, or investigate an order or transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

7. Digital Delivery and Service Activation

AloOui products are digital services delivered electronically.

eSIM Services

An eSIM may be delivered through a QR code, activation information, application functionality, or another electronic method.

Depending on the product, service activation may occur when the eSIM is installed, activated, connected to a supported network, or first used.

Installation, activation, or use of an eSIM constitutes commencement of the digital service.

Virtual Number Services

A virtual number is activated when a number is successfully assigned to your AloOui account or otherwise made available for use.

Number availability is not guaranteed until assignment has been successfully completed.

Once a virtual number has been assigned and made available, the telecommunications service may be considered commenced.

8. Subscriptions and Auto Renewal

Certain AloOui products operate on recurring subscription periods, including eligible local eSIM services and virtual phone numbers.

Where auto renewal applies, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method or available account balance for each subscription period until you cancel the subscription.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund charges for the current subscription period, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

If payment for a renewal cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate the affected service and release any associated virtual number in accordance with our operational procedures.

9. Virtual Number Services

9.1 Number Assignment

Virtual phone numbers are assigned subject to availability. AloOui does not guarantee that a particular country, area code, prefix, or specific telephone number will remain available.

AloOui and its telecommunications partners may replace, modify, suspend, or reclaim a number where reasonably necessary due to regulatory requirements, carrier requirements, technical reasons, fraud prevention, abuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 No Ownership of Numbers

A virtual number is provided to you as a service and is not sold as your permanent property. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or subscribing to a virtual number does not grant you ownership rights in that telephone number.

Number allocation and administration remain subject to the requirements of the underlying telecommunications provider and applicable regulations.

9.3 Number Expiration and Release

If a virtual number subscription expires, is cancelled, remains unpaid, or is terminated, the number may become unavailable to you and may be reclaimed or reassigned.

Once a number has been released, AloOui cannot guarantee that it can be recovered.

9.4 Number Portability

Virtual number portability is not guaranteed unless AloOui expressly offers portability for the specific service. You should not assume that a virtual number can be transferred to another telecommunications provider.

9.5 Third Party Service Compatibility

AloOui does not guarantee that a virtual number will be accepted by, compatible with, or supported by any third party service, application, website, financial institution, messaging platform, social media platform, verification system, or other provider.

Third parties independently determine whether they accept a particular telephone number type for registration, verification, authentication, account recovery, or other purposes.

The rejection, blocking, suspension, or non acceptance of an AloOui virtual number by a third party does not by itself constitute a defect in the AloOui service.

9.6 Calling and Messaging Availability

Calling, SMS, MMS, voicemail, international calling, and other features may not be available for every virtual number or destination.

Certain destinations, number types, premium rate services, short codes, emergency services, or other telecommunications services may be blocked or unavailable.

10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Because AloOui products are digital and telecommunications services, refunds may be limited once a service has been delivered, activated, assigned, installed, or used.

By activating or using an eSIM, or by using a virtual number after assignment, you acknowledge that the applicable digital or telecommunications service has commenced.

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A purchased service was not delivered
  • A verified technical issue prevented the service from functioning as intended
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
  • A refund is expressly permitted under our Refund Policy

A third party application's decision not to accept or support a virtual number does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

11. Network Availability and Service Performance

AloOui services rely on third party telecommunications networks, carriers, internet connectivity, infrastructure providers, and other external systems.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service
  • Specific network speeds or bandwidth
  • Coverage in every geographic location
  • Successful completion of every call or message
  • Availability of every telecommunications feature
  • Compatibility with every third party service or platform

Service performance may depend on network conditions, local infrastructure, device compatibility, internet connectivity, location, congestion, third party providers, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. eSIM Services

12.1 Service Use

eSIM plans are provided according to the specific allowance, validity period, destination coverage, and other conditions displayed for the selected product.

You are responsible for reviewing the product details before purchase.

12.2 Data Usage

Data allowances, speeds, network availability, and fair usage restrictions may vary by product and underlying network provider.

Plans described as unlimited may be subject to the specific fair usage, high speed allowance, network management, or other conditions disclosed on the applicable product page.

12.3 Local eSIM Services

Where AloOui offers local eSIM services with voice or SMS functionality, additional restrictions imposed by the underlying telecommunications provider may apply.

Premium rate, non standard, restricted, or other unsupported services may be unavailable.

13. Acceptable Use

You must use all AloOui services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

13.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not use AloOui services to:

  • Conduct, facilitate, or attempt fraud, scams, deception, or other unlawful activity
  • Impersonate another person, business, government body, or organization without authorization
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unwanted communications
  • Conduct phishing, credential theft, social engineering, or deceptive communications
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person
  • Distribute unlawful, malicious, or harmful content
  • Violate the privacy or legal rights of another person
  • Use a service to bypass or unlawfully circumvent security controls or verification systems
  • Generate artificial, fraudulent, or abusive telecommunications traffic
  • Conduct traffic pumping, SMS pumping, call pumping, or similar activity
  • Operate unauthorized automated calling or messaging systems
  • Use robocalling or automated messaging in violation of applicable law
  • Use virtual numbers to facilitate fraudulent account creation or unauthorized access to third party accounts
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or redistribute AloOui services without our prior written authorization
  • Operate SIM farms, SIM boxes, GSM gateways, or other unauthorized telecommunications infrastructure
  • Use the services for unauthorized machine to machine or IoT activity
  • Interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt telecommunications networks or infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AloOui systems or another user's account
  • Use the services in a manner that violates applicable telecommunications laws or regulations

13.2 Personal and Authorized Use

Unless expressly approved by AloOui, services are intended for normal personal or authorized business use.

You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your AloOui account and assigned services.

13.3 Network Abuse

You must not use our services in a manner that creates excessive, abnormal, fraudulent, or abusive network traffic.

Where reasonably necessary to protect network integrity, AloOui or its telecommunications partners may apply restrictions, rate limits, feature limitations, suspension, or termination.

14. Emergency Services

AloOui virtual numbers and internet based communication services may not support emergency calling and must not be relied upon as your sole means of contacting emergency services.

Emergency calling functionality may be unavailable or limited depending on your location, device, network connection, telecommunications provider, and service configuration.

You should maintain access to an alternative method of contacting emergency services appropriate for your location.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, designs, documentation, and related materials remain the property of AloOui, Unitrade LLC, or applicable licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of our services or content except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

16. Third Party Services and Providers

AloOui relies on third party providers to deliver certain aspects of its services, including telecommunications networks, payment processing, ecommerce infrastructure, eSIM provisioning, hosting, and other technical services.

We may also provide links or integrations to independent third party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, decisions, availability, or actions of third party services that we do not control.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

By using AloOui services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by AloOui and relevant service providers where necessary to deliver eSIM services, virtual numbers, calls, messages, payments, customer support, security, and other functions described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Suspension, Termination, and Number Reclamation

We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or cancel an account or service where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • A violation of these Terms has occurred
  • Payment is not received
  • A telecommunications provider requires action
  • A legal or regulatory obligation requires action
  • Service security or network integrity is at risk
  • A virtual number is used in a prohibited or abusive manner

Where permitted by applicable law and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, network harm, or legal violations.

Following suspension or termination, an associated virtual number may be disabled, reclaimed, or released and may no longer be recoverable.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AloOui services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error free, available in every location, compatible with every device, or accepted by every third party platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AloOui and Unitrade LLC, including their affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or communications.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from third party service interruptions, network failures, incompatibility, third party rejection of a virtual number, unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect account credentials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AloOui, Unitrade LLC, and our affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, telecommunications partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of another person's rights
  • Activities conducted through your account in violation of these Terms

22. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of AloOui services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws applicable in your country or place of residence.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations, legal requirements, or telecommunications provider requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of the services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
