Honolulu and Waikiki arrival

Keep any reservation, identification requirements, arrival time and transport details offline. Confirm current admission, bag and entry rules directly with the relevant site before visiting. Mobile data cannot guarantee reception within a venue or replace your booking confirmation.
North Shore and coastal days
Save route and meeting details before setting out, especially if you plan beach stops or tours. Conditions and mobile signal vary by terrain, local network, buildings and congestion; do not assume reception along every road, trail or beach. Do not rely on the eSIM offshore or on a boat, and follow local surf, weather and access guidance.
Need a US phone number too?
The Hawaii data eSIM and the US virtual phone number are separate products. The number is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. Check its suitability and terms before purchase; do not assume calls or SMS are included with the eSIM.
Install and troubleshoot
- Choose a Hawaii plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
- Connect an unlocked eSIM-compatible phone to Wi-Fi. Add an eSIM in iPhone Cellular/Mobile Data settings or Android SIM manager/Network settings, then scan the QR code.
- Label the line AloOui and follow your delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
- On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow your plan's activation instructions. If data fails, check validity and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode and verify any APN instructions. Visit the AloOui Help Center for assistance.
