Fixed data
One total allowance for the full selected validity, not per day. Options start at 1GB/7 days and include larger amounts. Data ends when the fixed allowance is used.
Unlimited Lite
Up to 1GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at up to 512 kbps for the rest of that day. Shown as Australia Unlimited in the selector.
Unlimited Essential
Balanced daily option: up to 1GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at up to 1.25 Mbps.
Unlimited Plus
For heavier daily use: up to 2GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at up to 2 Mbps. Plus is not Premium.
Unlimited Premium
Selectable 30GB/5 days, 60GB/10 days or 90GB/15 days. One total high-speed allowance with no daily cap, then continued data at up to 2 Mbps under Premium terms.
Fixed data and Premium have a total allowance for the full validity; Lite, Essential and Plus have daily full-speed allowances. Compare your exact duration, hotspot terms and live price on the Australia product page.
Arriving in Brisbane
Save your airport arrival information, accommodation address and transport booking before leaving Wi-Fi. After following your selected plan's activation guidance, supported mobile data can help with directions and messages in Brisbane. Check transport providers for live schedules and fares. Your eSIM is not a train ticket and does not guarantee reception inside every building or station.
Brisbane days and Queensland travel
Use supported data for directions to your accommodation, South Bank and booked city visits. If your route continues toward the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or farther into Queensland, choose a plan duration for the whole journey and download tickets and offline maps ahead of time. Network coverage and speed vary by local conditions; remote roads and boat trips may have weak or no service, regardless of your data allowance. A single-country Australia plan should not be assumed to work overseas.
Install and troubleshoot
- Choose an Australia plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
- Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
- Scan the code, label the new line AloOui and follow the delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
- On arrival, choose AloOui for mobile data and follow the selected plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming on that line, toggle airplane mode, compare the APN data.esim with your email and try automatic network selection.
