Buildings, enclosed walkways, local networks and congestion can affect service. A larger allowance cannot create missing signal. A USA-only plan does not establish Canadian or other international coverage; check every destination in your exact selection.

Start with the full address and actual entrance

Ask your hotel or meeting host for the building name, full street address, entrance and any supplied indoor arrival instructions. A general downtown pin or building label may not identify the correct check-in point.

Save those details offline before leaving reliable internet. If your booking or host provides a floor or reception location, keep that too. Avoid assuming the entrance closest to your map pin is the one you are permitted to use.

Confirm current skyway and building access

Check current access directly with your hotel, host or relevant building operator. Do not assume an indoor connection shown on a map is always open or available to every visitor.

This guide does not quote fixed opening hours or an all-day route. Building and route conditions must be checked for your actual visit. Mobile connectivity does not grant access to a private building or closed walkway.

Save a street-level alternative

Prepare an alternative route to the actual entrance if your planned indoor connection is unavailable. Download the relevant map area where your mapping app supports it and save the hotel's or host's contact details.

No internet indoors? Check in this order
