Quick plan summary

• Coverage: Vietnam only, not Thailand, Cambodia or Laos.
• Fixed data: 1GB/7 days, 2GB/15 days or 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB or 100GB/30 days. Each is a total allowance, not per day.
• Daily Unlimited: Lite, Essential or Plus for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 days. No selectable Premium option; Plus is not Premium.
• Networks: Vietnam Telecom Services Company and Viettel list 4G/5G; MobiFone and Vietnamobile are listed up to 4G.
• Data only: no phone number, ordinary calls or SMS.
• Delivery: QR code by email after purchase. No ID verification required for the AloOui purchase.

Choose your Vietnam plan

Fixed 5GB suits lighter use between Wi-Fi connections. Essential is the balanced daily option for a two-week tour; Plus gives more high-speed data each day for heavier uploads or sharing where hotspot is supported. Match the allowance, duration and cost to your itinerary.

Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing.

How daily Unlimited works

• Unlimited Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Unlimited Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Unlimited Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Lite, Essential and Plus are selectable for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 days. High-speed allowances refresh daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation.

Vietnam coverage and supported networks

The product-level listed partners are Vietnam Telecom Services Company, MobiFone, Viettel and Vietnamobile. Vietnam Telecom Services Company and Viettel list 4G/5G support; MobiFone and Vietnamobile are listed up to 4G. Available technology and speeds depend on your selected package, device, supported partner and local conditions. Confirm your exact option's partners if a particular network is essential.

Trains, islands and mountain journeys

Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before overnight train journeys, Ha Long Bay boat trips, Sapa mountain routes or island visits. Signal may be weak or unavailable along parts of these routes. Shipboard networks and service at sea are not included. Confirm essential locations before buying and prepare appropriate backup communications for remote travel. A larger allowance does not extend coverage.

Hotspot and data-only service

Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network. Shared usage counts toward the same total or daily high-speed allowance and speed limits. Confirm selected-plan sharing terms before buying if tethering is essential. Large downloads, backups and streaming can use data quickly.

This eSIM does not include a phone number, ordinary calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling depend on connectivity and app availability. If keeping your home SIM enabled, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic mobile-data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

1. Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi through your cellular or SIM settings, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. When ready in supported Vietnamese coverage, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on its data roaming as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported Vietnamese network, not QR delivery or installation alone. If already in Vietnam, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline and expiry instructions.

APN, connection help and 24/7 human support

1. Check that AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically; follow your order if its settings differ.
3. After installation finishes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart. Try 4G/LTE if 5G is unstable.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, choose a supported partner identified in your plan instructions or by support, not simply any network that appears.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported.

AloOui provides 24/7 human customer support through the Help Center. Share your order number, exact device model, location and error privately.
