How daily Unlimited works

• Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Lite, Essential and Plus refresh their high-speed allowances daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Actual speeds depend on connectivity. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation.

The product-level listed partners are China Mobile Hong Kong, 3 Hong Kong, SmarTone and Hong Kong Telecom (HKT). China Mobile Hong Kong, 3 Hong Kong and HKT list 4G/5G support; SmarTone is listed up to 4G. Confirm your exact option's partners if a particular network is essential. Available technology and speeds depend on your selected plan, device, supported partner and local conditions; 5G is not guaranteed everywhere.

Harbour crossings, transit and hiking routes

Keep accommodation details and transport information handy for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, Lantau and the New Territories. Download maps before Sai Kung hikes or remote island visits. Reception may vary in tunnels, underground, inside buildings and along rural trails. A destination listing does not guarantee signal everywhere, and a larger allowance does not extend coverage. Sea and shipboard networks are not included. Arrange appropriate backup communications for remote trips.

Hotspot and data-only service

Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network. Shared usage counts toward the same total or daily high-speed allowance and speed limits. Confirm selected-plan sharing terms before buying if tethering is essential. Large uploads, backups and streaming can use data quickly.

This eSIM has no Hong Kong number, ordinary calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling depend on connectivity and app availability. If retaining your home SIM, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

1. Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi through your cellular or SIM settings, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. When ready in supported Hong Kong coverage, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on its data roaming as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported Hong Kong network, not QR delivery or installation alone. If already in Hong Kong, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry and top-up instructions.

APN, connection help and support through the Help Center

1. Check AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on as instructed.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically; follow your order if its settings differ.
3. After installation finishes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart. Try 4G/LTE if 5G is unstable.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, choose a supported partner identified in your order or by support, not simply any network that appears.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported.
