Compare selectable plans

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Premium, fixed 100GB and Unlimited 30-day options are not listed on this product. Plus is not Premium or Platinum.

Montserrat network and coverage

The provider list specifies Flow under Cable and Wireless (West Indies) Ltd, supporting up to 4G where available. It does not establish 5G service. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions. Island-wide reception and service at every accommodation, beach or viewpoint are not guaranteed.

Planning visits around Montserrat

Confirm essential location coverage with support before purchasing, including remote accommodation, Centre Hills routes or Rendezvous Beach. The country entry does not independently establish reception at the airport, observatory, Plymouth or Soufrière Hills. Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage.

A data plan does not establish permission or safety to enter volcanic or restricted areas. Check current official access restrictions and local guidance before any visit, and follow closures and required permissions. Do not rely on continuous mobile data for trail navigation or emergency communication. Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and reception throughout ferries or offshore trips is not promised.

Hotspot, calls and your existing number

Hotspot use depends on your selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.

You can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS if your device supports the arrangement. Check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in Montserrat. Installation alone does not start validity. If already within supported coverage, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select the supported partner and move to a stronger-signal area.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
