Choose your allowance

• Lighter use: compare a fixed 5GB or 10GB allowance for messages and essential information between available Wi-Fi connections.
• Balanced daily use: Essential provides 1GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Higher daily use: Plus provides 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps. Choose it for a larger daily allowance only after service is confirmed; it cannot overcome outages or extend coverage.

Compare selectable plans

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Premium, fixed allowances above 20GB and Unlimited durations above 10 days are not selectable. Plus is not Premium or Platinum. Policy speed limits do not guarantee achieved speeds or a functioning connection.

Network information awaiting confirmation

The supplier record identifies country SD, operator name MTN and brand label Orange Senegal, with 2G/3G/4G listed. Those conflicting labels do not establish a verified Sudan partner or current operational service. They do not add Senegal coverage. Zain and Sudani are not listed in this record, and 5G is not established. Network access, technology and speeds must be confirmed rather than inferred from the plan names.

Location checks and backup communications

Confirm essential locations such as Khartoum, Omdurman, Port Sudan, Kassala or rural work sites before purchasing. A country entry is not evidence of reception at every address, airport, route or attraction. Do not assume uninterrupted service, reliable video calling, or reception along the Nile or at Meroe.

Hotspot, calls and local requirements

Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and available network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. App-based calls and messages depend on app access and a working connection.

No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; that does not waive local registration or legal requirements. If keeping a home SIM enabled on a compatible device, check roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Compatibility and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. After confirming service, install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using your phone's Add eSIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported destination network, not simply on installation. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. Select AloOui for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line when ready. Installation does not establish that a network is currently available.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm the eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, use data.esim with username and password blank.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart the device.
4. Use automatic network selection first. Ask support for the confirmed partner before manually choosing a network.
5. Check remaining allowance and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
