Fixed data: one total allowance across validity, not a daily refill. Choose 1GB/7 days, 2GB/15 days or 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB or 100GB/30 days.

Unlimited Lite: shown in the selector as Switzerland Unlimited. It provides 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps. Essential also provides 1GB/day, with continuation up to 1.25 Mbps. Plus provides 2GB/day, then up to 2 Mbps. These families offer 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 days; high-speed allowances reset daily.

Premium: 30GB/5 days, 60GB/10 days or 90GB/15 days total high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps until expiry. There is no daily reset. Premium is separate from Plus, and Unlimited does not mean unlimited high-speed data.

Download essential tickets in the operator's accepted format and save maps offline before mountain outings. Network support does not promise reception through every tunnel, on every trail or inside every building.

Install before you fly

1. Confirm that your exact phone model supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

APN and connection help

Most phones configure automatically. If manual APN setup is needed, use data.esim, with username and password blank, following your purchased instructions. Check the selected data line, validity and remaining allowance, and use automatic network selection. A brief airplane-mode toggle or restart may refresh the connection.

Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting. Contact support before changing phones or reinstalling. Share your order reference, phone model and location privately, not your QR code or activation credentials.

Keeping your number and using hotspot

Keep your existing number for services linked to it, arranging ordinary calls and SMS with your home carrier separately. WhatsApp and FaceTime use the AloOui data connection; the package does not receive texts addressed to another SIM.

Hotspot sharing uses the same data allowance. Check your device and purchased instructions before relying on laptop sharing, and include backups and updates in your usage estimate.
