• Data-heavy use: Plus provides 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps, for more uploads or hotspot use where supported. A larger allowance does not extend coverage.

Compare selectable plans

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Fixed allowances above 5GB, Unlimited durations above 5 days and Premium are not selectable. Plus is not Premium or Platinum.

Tonga network and coverage

The provider list specifies Digicel, supporting up to 4G where available. Tonga Communications Corporation is not listed for this product, and the list does not establish 5G. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions. Reception across every island, property or beach is not guaranteed.

Vava'u, Ha'apai and boat trips

Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential locations with support before purchasing, particularly Vava'u, Ha'apai, 'Eua, remote accommodation or smaller islands. The Tonga country entry does not independently establish reception on each island or at every attraction.

Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and reception throughout ferry crossings or boat excursions is not promised. Caves, offshore wildlife outings and underwater activities are not confirmed cellular service locations. Check current access, weather, tour arrangements and local safety guidance separately. Do not rely on continuous data for remote navigation or emergencies.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.

If your device supports keeping your home SIM enabled, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in Tonga. Installation alone does not start validity. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Moving between supported locations does not reset the same plan's validity.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select the supported partner and move to a stronger-signal area.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
