Install and troubleshoot

  1. Choose a Bulgaria plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
  2. Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
  3. Scan the code, label the new line AloOui and follow your delivery instructions. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
  4. On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow your plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode, confirm any APN instructions in your email and try automatic network selection.
