Earlier-period records
Historical travel offers can have a missing product type or older product name. Identifiable historical travel entries are retained using their recorded titles, rather than assuming a missing current category means there were no travel sales.
Current-period records
Current travel records are combined with identifiable historical travel entries. UK domestic services, virtual numbers, reseller balances and UK Prepaid remain separate from the headline scope.
How the percentage was calculated
Each period was retrieved separately, rather than relying on an inconsistent combined comparison. Product-level net totals were reconciled with the whole-sales totals for each period before applying the service classifications.
Percentage change = (current-period net travel units − prior-period net travel units) ÷ prior-period net travel units × 100. The headline is rounded to one decimal place. Absolute order totals, unit totals and revenue are intentionally not published in this report.
The metric is net units recorded in the reporting period, with sales reversals factored in. It is not a cohort study tracking every purchase through its entire subsequent refund or activation history. Later adjustments can change a subsequent reporting extract.
Why UK Prepaid is reported separately
UK Prepaid includes different service features from the travel-data category and is excluded from the headline. The matched prior-year data does not provide a positive UK Prepaid baseline, so a meaningful year-on-year growth percentage cannot be calculated. We do not substitute an infinite percentage or reuse a month-on-month result as a year-on-year claim.
If you need a UK number and included calls or SMS, review the selected UK Prepaid product for its current allowance and terms. Activation and service are UK-only, with no roaming outside the UK; acceptance for verification is not guaranteed.
What this report does not claim
Purchasing growth does not establish actual data consumed, unique travelers, successful installations, activation rates, measured speeds, coverage quality or market share. No customer survey or independent network test was conducted for this report.
AloOui launched in 2025, so the comparison includes an early-stage business baseline. Small starting volumes can produce large percentage changes. The result should be read as AloOui's own purchasing growth, not representative growth across the travel-eSIM market or proof that every destination increased.
Destination rankings and unsupported destination-level growth percentages are not published here. A plan price, brand name or product title alone does not establish comparable service quality.

Use the report as context about AloOui's purchasing activity, not as a substitute for choosing the right plan. Check the exact destination list, trip duration, data allowance, hotspot terms, activation conditions and current product-page price before buying.
