Buy an eSIM for a Crete island trip

Planning a longer Crete stay with towns, beaches and inland drives? AloOui's active Greece eSIM explicitly names Crete. Compare plans for maps, lodging and messages where supported local mobile service exists. Your QR code is emailed after purchase. This is a Crete road-trip guide, distinct from a Santorini caldera visit and a general Greek-islands comparison.

Compare Greece eSIM plans for Crete

Review current prices, data, speeds, hotspot conditions and validity on the live Greece plan page. More data cannot improve reception in an unserved valley or on a boat.

Arrival and first stop

Save the airport or port shown on your ticket, accommodation address, ground transfer contact and check-in details before departure. Confirm current transportation with your operator. The eSIM supplies data where available, not rental vehicles, ferry tickets or accommodation.

Crete city days

Use connected time to confirm opening hours, ticket requirements and meeting places for the towns and heritage stops you choose. Download key addresses and maps before leaving Wi-Fi. Indoor reception can vary in older buildings and crowded locations; no specific attraction is guaranteed.

Inland drives, trails and quieter shores

Save offline maps, return times and emergency contacts. Check weather, road and trail conditions with local providers before going. Mountains, gorges and remote beaches may have weak or no mobile service. Do not rely on an eSIM as your only navigation or emergency method.

Onward Greek islands

If continuing by ferry, confirm the destination is supported by your chosen Greece plan and choose validity covering the entire trip. Save tickets and schedules offline; reception is not guaranteed at sea or offshore.

Install and troubleshoot

1. Choose a Greece plan and validity, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
2. Connect an unlocked eSIM-compatible phone to Wi-Fi. Add an eSIM from iPhone Cellular/Mobile Data settings or Android SIM manager/Network settings, then scan the code.
3. Label the line AloOui and follow the delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
4. On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow the selected plan's activation instructions. If data fails where signal exists, check validity and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode and follow any APN guidance. Visit the AloOui Help Center for assistance.
