Arriving in Hamburg for a city break, trade event or longer Germany route? Choose an AloOui Germany eSIM for supported mobile data for directions, bookings and messages. Compare Germany eSIM plans for Hamburg

Fixed data and Premium use a total allowance for the full plan; Lite, Essential and Plus use daily full-speed allowances. Compare your exact duration, hotspot terms and live price on the Germany product page.

Arriving in Hamburg

Save your airport or rail arrival details, accommodation address and transfer instructions on Wi-Fi. Supported mobile data can help with directions around Hamburg after arrival, but the eSIM does not include a train or public-transport ticket. Check transport providers for current routes and fares. Service inside underground stations or every building is not guaranteed.

Waterfront days and onward travel

Use supported data for directions between your hotel, Speicherstadt, HafenCity and booked meetings or attractions. If your route continues to Berlin or another German city, choose validity for the entire journey and save rail tickets and maps offline before travel. Coverage and speed vary by local network, location, terrain and congestion. A Germany-only plan should not be assumed to work once you cross a national border.

Install and troubleshoot

1. Choose a Germany plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
2. Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
3. Scan the code, label your new line AloOui and follow the delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
4. On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow the selected plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming on that line, toggle airplane mode, compare the APN data.esim with your email and try automatic network selection.
