Your eSIM will now be installed on your iPhone.

  • If your order is eligible, we may be able to exchange it or issue AloOui Store Credit for the correct plan.
  • If the eSIM has already been activated or used, refund options may be limited.

If you accidentally purchased the same AloOui eSIM more than once, don't worry. In most cases, your duplicate eSIM can still be used later or exchanged for AloOui Store Credit, depending on your situation.

  • You can save the duplicate eSIM and install it later after your current plan has been fully used.
  • Each eSIM has its own QR code, so you'll need to install the new eSIM when you're ready to use it.
  • If eligible, we can also issue AloOui Store Credit, allowing you to purchase a top up for your existing eSIM without scanning a new QR code.
  • Our support team will explain the available options and ask how you'd like to proceed before making any changes.
