Installation and activation

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported destination network, not QR delivery or installation alone. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the seven-day package. Leaving and returning does not restart validity. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry and any top-up instructions. Immediate arrival connection is not guaranteed.
APN and connection help
- Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on as instructed.
- If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Follow your order if settings differ.
- After installation completes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart.
