Compare packages

Fixed 5GB/30 days suits lighter maps, messages and bookings between Wi-Fi connections. It lasts longer than Essential/7 days but supplies less total high-speed data and no reduced-speed continuation. Essential is the balanced daily choice; Plus suits heavier daily uploads or supported sharing. Compare Premium for a larger whole-plan high-speed pool when daily limits do not suit your usage. Premium/5 days and Plus/7 days have different durations and allowance structures; they are not equivalent packages.

Allowances and durations

• Fixed: 1GB/7 days, 2GB/15 days or 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB or 100GB/30 days. Total allowances, not daily data.
• Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.
• Premium: 30GB/5 days, 60GB/10 days or 90GB/15 days of high-speed data for the whole plan, then up to 2 Mbps until expiry. No daily reset.

Lite, Essential and Plus offer 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 days. Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Their high-speed allowances refresh daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after that day's allowance is used. Premium is separate and does not refresh daily. Plus is not Premium. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end at allowance exhaustion or validity expiry, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on connectivity and can be below policy limits.

Network and destination coverage

The Canary Islands provider entry lists Orange España, supporting up to 5G where available. Movistar and Vodafone are not listed. Confirm exact-option network entitlement if needed, especially for Premium; a general provider entry does not establish every tier's network generation. Connection and speed depend on your device, partner, location and local conditions. 5G is not guaranteed.

This product lists the Canary Islands, not mainland Spain. A Spanish operator name does not establish mainland coverage. Reception at every airport, address or route is not guaranteed.

Island transfers, beaches and mountain routes

Save accommodation details, ferry bookings and maps offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential islands and locations with support before buying, particularly remote stays or hiking routes on Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera or El Hierro. The regional entry does not independently establish reception on every island, trail, beach or offshore route.

Do not assume continuous service on inter-island ferries, whale-watching trips, Teide routes or inside volcanic terrain. Satellite and maritime networks are excluded. Check weather, permits, access and local arrangements independently and arrange suitable backup communications for remote routes.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on the selected package, device and network; confirm exact-option entitlement if sharing is essential, including Premium terms separately. Shared usage counts toward the same allowance and speed limits. Internet-based calls and messages require app access and connectivity.

No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local requirements. If keeping your home SIM enabled on a compatible device, check roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Installation and activation

1. Check your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. When ready in supported destination coverage, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on its data roaming as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported destination network, not QR delivery or installation alone. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the package. Moving between supported islands does not restart validity. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry, top-up and any Premium-specific setup instructions.

APN and connection help

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on as instructed.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Follow your order if settings differ.
3. After installation completes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, choose Orange España as confirmed for your purchased option and move to a stronger-signal area when safe.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.
