Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Plus is not Premium or Platinum. Do not apply standard-tier allowances to Premium or infer uncapped high-speed data. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity and can be below policy limits.

Network and destination coverage
Orange España is the only network in the current Canary Islands provider entry, supporting up to 5G where available. Movistar and Vodafone are not listed. Connection and speeds depend on your device, location and local conditions. A Spanish operator name does not establish mainland Spain coverage for this product. Reception at every airport, address or route is not guaranteed.
Island transfers, beaches and mountain routes
Save accommodation details, ferry bookings and maps offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential islands and locations with support before purchasing, particularly remote accommodation or hiking routes on Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera or El Hierro. The regional entry does not independently establish reception on every island, trail, beach or offshore route.
Do not assume continuous service on inter-island ferries, whale-watching trips, Teide routes or inside volcanic terrain. Satellite and maritime networks are not included. Check weather, permits, access and local arrangements independently and arrange appropriate backup communications for remote routes.
Hotspot and calls
Hotspot depends on the selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. Confirm Premium hotspot terms separately. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calls and messages depend on app availability and connectivity.
No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; this does not waive local registration or legal requirements. If keeping your home SIM enabled on a compatible device, check roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.
Compatibility, installation and activation
Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.
Travel-plan validity starts when the eSIM first uses data on a supported destination network, not simply on installation. Enabling the line within supported coverage can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Check any selected Premium-specific activation instructions.
APN and troubleshooting
- Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
- If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
- Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
- Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select Orange España and move to a stronger-signal area when safe.
- Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
