Only these destinations are included. Serbia, Moldova, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Kosovo are not covered by Europe+.

Fixed data and Unlimited compared

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Unlimited daily high-speed allowances refresh daily, with reduced-speed data after that day's allowance. Fixed data provides one total allowance, without reduced-speed continuation after it is used. No Premium option is currently selectable on this listing.

Networks and hotspot sharing

Listed partners include Orange, SFR, Bouygues and Free Mobile in France; Vodafone, Wind Tre and Iliad in Italy; Three, O2 and Vodafone in the UK; Swisscom, Salt and Sunrise in Switzerland; and Turkcell and Turk Telekom in Turkey.

4G/LTE and 5G are available where supported by the partner, device and local coverage. Technology and speeds vary; 5G is not guaranteed everywhere. Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network, using the same plan allowance and speed limits.

Data-only travel connectivity

Europe+ does not include a phone number, native calls or SMS. Use internet-based messaging and calling apps through mobile data. If you keep your home SIM enabled for calls or SMS, check its roaming charges with your carrier and turn off its data roaming.

Install before departure, activate at your destination

Use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device and stable Wi-Fi to install the QR code from your email. On iPhone, use Add eSIM in Cellular or Mobile Data settings. On Android, use your SIM manager or network settings; menus vary by device.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in a covered destination. Installation alone does not start validity. If you are already in a covered destination, enabling the line and connecting can start your plan.

When ready, turn on the AloOui line, select it for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line. Disable automatic mobile-data switching to your home SIM where available.

APN and connection help

1. Confirm that the AloOui line is enabled and selected for mobile data, with data roaming on.
2. If an APN is required, enter data.esim, leave username and password blank, and save/select it. Some phones configure it automatically.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone. Try 4G/LTE if 5G is unstable.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, select a listed supported partner for your destination, not any network that appears.
5. Check your plan validity and remaining data. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting; contact support first.

When does validity begin?

On activation by connection to a supported destination network, not simply on installation.

Does it include a number, calls or SMS?

No. Europe+ is data-only; internet-based messaging and calling apps use your data.

Can I use hotspot?

Yes, where your device and network support it, within your chosen plan's allowance and speed limits.

Is 5G guaranteed?

No. Availability and performance depend on the partner, device, location and conditions.

What should I do if there is no internet?
