• More uploads or hotspot use: Unlimited Plus includes 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps. Plus is not Premium.
• Separate Premium choices: 5-, 10- and 15-day Premium variants are selectable. Confirm the selected Premium option's allowance, speed policy and hotspot terms before checkout; Lite, Essential and Plus rules do not define Premium.

Compare selectable plans

Standard Ireland Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity. Premium is distinct from Plus and Platinum.

Ireland networks and Northern Ireland

The provider list includes Three Ireland, Eir and Vodafone Ireland with support up to 5G where available. Three appears under two provider entries; these are not presented as two separate network brands. Eir is listed with the Meteor name. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner and local conditions.

Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom and is not included in this Ireland-only product. For a route crossing the border, compare a regional product with both Ireland and UK coverage. Do not assume a country plan covers the whole island.

Wild Atlantic Way and rural road trips

Save maps, accommodation details and bookings offline before leaving reliable coverage. Reception can vary along coastal roads, on remote peninsulas and around mountain routes such as the Ring of Kerry. A country listing does not confirm reception at every cottage, beach or trail. Check with support before purchase if connectivity at a particular location is essential. Satellite and maritime networks are not included.

Hotspot and keeping your existing number

Hotspot use depends on the selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include an Irish phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling depend on connectivity and app availability.

You can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS if your device supports the arrangement. Check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in Ireland. Installation alone does not start validity. If already in Ireland, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Check that AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If an APN is required, set it to data.esim, leaving username and password blank. Save/select it; some devices configure this automatically.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Start with automatic network selection; if needed, select a listed supported partner and move to a stronger-signal area.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.
