• Balanced daily use: Unlimited Essential includes 1GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 1.25 Mbps.
• More uploads or hotspot use: Unlimited Plus includes 2GB of high-speed data daily, then data at up to 2 Mbps.

Standard North Macedonia Unlimited options are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on available connectivity. The selector retains older destination wording; this page describes North Macedonia.

Networks and coverage

The provider list contains a T-Mobile-labeled entry supporting up to 5G, plus A1 Macedonia and One VIP-labeled entries supporting up to 4G where available. These are the provider's listed labels, not a verified count of distinct current network operators. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions. 5G and service at every address are not guaranteed.

Ohrid stays, Matka outings and mountain visits

Save maps, tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential location coverage with support before purchasing, especially for Mavrovo, Pelister, canyon excursions or remote properties. Reception can vary on mountain roads, trails, inside buildings and around busy attractions.

This product lists North Macedonia only. Do not assume it covers the Albanian side of Lake Ohrid or neighboring countries. Check current access, weather and local safety guidance separately from connectivity. Do not rely on continuous mobile data for remote navigation. Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and service throughout boat journeys is not promised.

Hotspot, calls and your existing number

Hotspot use depends on your selected plan, device and network; shared usage counts toward the same allowance. This data eSIM does not include a local phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging depend on connectivity and app availability.

You can keep your home SIM for calls or SMS if your device supports the arrangement. Check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching. No ID verification is required for the AloOui purchase; local legal requirements may differ.

Compatibility, installation and activation

Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings.

Validity starts when the eSIM activates by connecting to a supported network in North Macedonia. Installation alone does not start validity. If already within supported coverage, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.

APN and troubleshooting

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone.
4. Try automatic network selection first. If needed, select a supported partner listed in your delivery instructions and move to a stronger-signal area.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM or repeatedly scan a one-time QR code while troubleshooting.

Contact the AloOui Help Center with your order number, device model, location and error screenshots if service still fails.

Europe+, Europe Extra and Europe Lite do not list North Macedonia, so do not assume all European countries are covered.
