Puerto Rico eSIM

What's the best Puerto Rico eSIM for your trip?

AloOui Puerto Rico eSIM starts at $6.15 USD for one-day Unlimited Lite with 1GB of high-speed data, then up to 512 kbps for the rest of that day. Fixed data starts at $6.36 for 1GB total over 7 days, with Essential and Plus also selectable.

Compare data plans for messages, bookings and sharing holiday photos where supported service is available. Confirm the supported network and your essential locations with support before buying, as partner-network details are not supplied in the available provider record.

Compare Puerto Rico packages

One-day Lite is the lowest entry price, not a seven-day package. Choose fixed data for lighter use between Wi-Fi connections. Essential is the balanced daily option; Plus provides more high-speed data each day for heavier uploads or sharing where hotspot is supported. Match allowance, duration and cost to your stay. A larger allowance does not extend coverage.

Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing.

How daily Unlimited works

• Lite: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 512 kbps.
• Essential: 1GB/day high-speed, then up to 1.25 Mbps.
• Plus: 2GB/day high-speed, then up to 2 Mbps.

Standard Unlimited options are Lite. Lite, Essential and Plus refresh their high-speed allowances daily; reduced speeds apply for the rest of the day after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans end when their total allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, without reduced-speed continuation. Actual speeds depend on connectivity.

Confirm Puerto Rico network details before buying

Partner-network and connection-technology details are not currently supplied in the available provider record. Ask support to confirm your selected plan's partner and essential locations before purchasing. T-Mobile, AT&T, Claro, 4G and 5G are not independently confirmed here. Mainland USA plan specifications do not establish this product's networks.

Reception at every resort, beach or address is not guaranteed. Actual connection and speed depend on the supported partner, selected plan, your device, location and local conditions.

Vieques, Culebra and outdoor trips

Save maps, ferry tickets and accommodation details offline before leaving reliable coverage. Confirm essential locations with support before purchasing, particularly Vieques, Culebra, El Yunque routes, caves or remote properties. The destination name does not independently confirm each smaller island or attraction's reception.

Check current access, weather and local safety guidance separately before hiking or kayaking. Arrange appropriate backup communications for remote journeys rather than relying on continuous mobile data for navigation or emergency communication. Satellite and maritime networks are not included, and reception throughout ferries or cruises is not promised.

Hotspot and calls

Hotspot depends on your selected plan, device and network; confirm its terms before buying. Shared usage counts toward the same total or daily high-speed allowance and speed limits. Large uploads, backups and streaming can use data quickly.

This eSIM has no local number, ordinary calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling depend on connectivity and app availability. If retaining your home SIM, check its roaming charges, turn off its data roaming and avoid automatic data switching.

Compatibility, installation and activation

1. Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi through your cellular or SIM settings, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. When ready in supported Puerto Rico coverage, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on its data roaming as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network in Puerto Rico, not QR delivery or installation alone. If already within supported coverage, enabling the line and connecting can start the plan. Follow your purchased option's activation deadline, expiry and top-up instructions.

APN, connection help and 24/7 human support

1. Check AloOui is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on as instructed.
2. If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically; follow your order if its settings differ.
3. After installation finishes, toggle airplane mode briefly or restart.
4. Start with automatic network selection; ask support which partner to select if needed.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the eSIM installed while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported.

AloOui provides 24/7 human customer support through the Help Center. Share your order number, exact device model, location and error privately.

Visiting more destinations?

The separate Caribbean eSIM does not list Puerto Rico. Do not replace your Puerto Rico plan with it for a Puerto Rico stay. Confirm Puerto Rico explicitly in any USA, North America or regional option before choosing it, rather than inferring coverage from a region's name.
