Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar are not included. Bali is not covered because it is in Indonesia. China is included in this package, though it is not geographically part of Southeast Asia.

Download maps and ferry tickets before smaller-island visits in the Philippines and Thailand. Reception can vary on ferries, beaches, in remote areas and inside buildings.

Data-only connectivity

This eSIM has no phone number, ordinary calls or SMS. Internet-based calling and messaging apps use your data connection, subject to local availability. If you retain your home SIM for calls or SMS, check its roaming charges and turn off its data roaming.

Install before departure, connect when ready

1. Check your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
2. Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your cellular or SIM settings, following your order's instructions. Keep the QR private.
3. Restart after downloading the eSIM as instructed.

Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network in a covered destination, not installation alone. If already in one of the five destinations, connecting can start the plan. Follow the purchased package's activation-deadline and expiry instructions. Crossing a border does not restart validity or refill fixed data. Disable unwanted automatic mobile-data switching to your home SIM.

APN, connection help and 24/7 human support

1. Confirm AloOui is enabled and selected for mobile data, with roaming matching your purchased plan's instructions.
2. If an APN is needed, use the APN and credentials supplied with your order. Some devices configure them automatically.
3. Toggle airplane mode briefly or restart. Try 4G/LTE where supported if 5G is unstable.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, confirm a supported partner for the selected plan and current destination with support, rather than choosing any network that appears.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Keep the installed eSIM while troubleshooting.

Ask support before deleting the profile, changing devices or rescanning the QR code; do not assume transfer, reinstallation or QR reuse is supported.
