A UK number for your European trip
Call a hotel, text a host or confirm a pickup using your UK number. Your 50 minutes and 50 SMS can be used from any of the 30 included destinations to numbers in any of them. Calls and SMS to other destinations and premium-rate services are not included.
SMS verification-code acceptance depends on the bank, app or website sending the message and is not guaranteed.
Is 20GB right for your trip?
Choose the largest data allowance in this range if you want more room for browsing, uploads and occasional video calls during a month-long trip. Download maps and large files over Wi-Fi and monitor your usage. Streaming and video calls can use data quickly; this is a fixed allowance, not unlimited data.
The 20GB allowance is shared across the full 30 days. The plan ends when the data or validity runs out, whichever comes first.

Networks and connection speeds
Your eSIM uses supported partner networks where available. Connection and speed depend on your device, signal, location and local conditions. Coverage can vary on rural routes, ferries and inside buildings; service at every address is not guaranteed.
Install and get connected
- Check that your exact device model and regional version support eSIM and that your device is carrier-unlocked.
- Install the emailed QR code over stable Wi-Fi using Add eSIM in your phone's cellular or SIM settings.
- When ready to connect in a supported destination, enable the AloOui line, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Follow the setup instructions supplied with your order.
If manual APN setup is needed, enter data.esim with username and password blank, then save and select it.
Top-ups and troubleshooting
Check available top-ups in Account > My eSIM. There is no automatic renewal.
If you cannot connect, confirm that the AloOui line is enabled, selected for data and has data roaming on. Check your APN, remaining data and validity, restart your phone and try automatic network selection in a stronger-signal area. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.
