AloOui Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the AloOui Affiliate Program operated by Unitrade LLC (“AloOui”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By applying for, joining, or participating in the AloOui Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

Important:
Participation in the AloOui Affiliate Program is subject to approval by AloOui. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at our sole discretion.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The AloOui Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, marketers, and partners to promote AloOui products and services in exchange for commissions on eligible referred sales.

Affiliate tracking and payouts may be managed through third-party platforms including Shopify Collabs.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Operate lawful marketing or promotional activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Independent Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between AloOui and the Affiliate.

Affiliates operate independently and may not represent themselves as official representatives of AloOui unless expressly authorized.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Approved affiliates may receive:

  • Affiliate referral links
  • Discount codes
  • Promotional materials
  • Access to affiliate dashboards

Commissions are only earned on purchases successfully tracked through official affiliate systems.

Tracking Disclaimer
  • Browser settings or ad blockers may affect tracking
  • Incorrect links may cause untracked sales
  • Tracking decisions made by AloOui or affiliate platforms are final

5. Commissions & Payments

Affiliate commission rates, payout schedules, and eligibility requirements may change at any time.

Commissions are only paid for:

  • Successfully tracked purchases
  • Completed and fully paid orders
  • Non-refunded and non-fraudulent transactions

AloOui reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions associated with fraudulent activity, self-referrals, fake traffic, or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make misleading or false claims
  • Use spam marketing or fake traffic
  • Impersonate AloOui
  • Register confusingly similar domains or social accounts
  • Bid on AloOui branded keywords without permission
  • Use unauthorized discounts or deceptive tactics

7. Marketing Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all advertising, marketing, privacy, and consumer protection regulations.

Required disclosures may include:

  • Affiliate Link
  • Sponsored
  • Paid Partnership
  • Commission Earned

8. Intellectual Property

All AloOui trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of AloOui and/or its licensors.

Affiliates receive a limited and revocable license to use approved materials solely for affiliate participation.

9. Customer Relationships

Customers referred through affiliate links remain customers of AloOui.

AloOui retains sole ownership of:

  • Customer accounts
  • Customer data
  • Pricing
  • Branding
  • Customer communications

10. Service Availability Disclaimer

AloOui services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Coverage, speed, and network quality may vary depending on:

  • Country
  • Carrier
  • Device compatibility
  • Network congestion
  • Technical limitations

11. Device Compatibility

Affiliates must not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are:

  • Carrier unlocked
  • eSIM compatible
  • Supported by destination networks

12. Fraud Prevention

AloOui reserves the right to investigate affiliate activity at any time.

Fraudulent activity may result in:

  • Commission cancellation
  • Payment holds
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent termination

13. Third Party Platforms

Affiliate services may involve third-party providers including Shopify Collabs and payment processors.

AloOui is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, or platform issues.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AloOui and Unitrade LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

15. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless AloOui, Unitrade LLC, affiliates, employees, licensors, and partners from claims or liabilities arising from affiliate activities or violations of these Terms.

16. Suspension & Termination

AloOui reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for fraud, abuse, inactivity, misleading promotions, or policy violations.

Upon termination:

  • Access to affiliate systems may be revoked
  • Unpaid commissions may be canceled
  • Use of AloOui branding must cease immediately

17. No Earnings Guarantee

AloOui does not guarantee commissions, income, traffic, customers, or business success through participation in the Affiliate Program.

18. Modifications

AloOui reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for, joining, or participating in the AloOui Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
