Arriving in Jeddah

Save your airport arrival details, hotel address and transfer instructions while connected to Wi-Fi. After following the selected plan's activation guidance, mobile data may help with supported directions and messages into the city. Check transport providers for current pickup points and fares. The eSIM does not include airport transport or guarantee a signal in every terminal.

City time and onward journeys

Use supported data for directions around your accommodation, Jeddah's waterfront and Al-Balad where service is available. If your itinerary continues toward Makkah, Madinah or another Saudi destination, choose a duration that covers the full trip and save tickets, meeting points and hotel details offline before travel. During crowded periods or on intercity routes, service and speed can vary by network, congestion, terrain and device. Mobile data is not a substitute for transport, entry or pilgrimage arrangements.

Install and troubleshoot

Choose your Saudi Arabia plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
Scan the code, label the new line AloOui and follow your delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow the plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming on that line, toggle airplane mode, compare the APN data.esim with your email and try automatic network selection.
