Fixed data

A total allowance for the selected validity, not a daily reset. A 1GB/7-day option and larger fixed allowances are selectable.

Unlimited Lite

Shown as Serbia Unlimited in the selector. Compare its daily full-speed allowance, reduced-speed terms and duration for lighter use.

Unlimited Essential

A balanced daily tier for city maps, messages and bookings. Check the exact full-speed and continued-data terms.

Unlimited Plus

Compare this daily tier for heavier use. Confirm its full-speed allowance, validity and hotspot terms; Plus is not Premium.

No Premium tier is selectable on the Serbia product. Check exact data, speeds, duration, hotspot terms and the live price on the Serbia product page. Fixed data is a total allowance; the Unlimited tiers have their own daily full-speed terms.

Arriving in Belgrade

Save your arrival details, accommodation address and any airport pickup instructions while on Wi-Fi. After following the selected plan's activation guidance, supported data can help with directions and contacting your host. Confirm current pickup points, fares and transport schedules with your provider. The eSIM does not include airport transport or guarantee reception everywhere inside the airport.

City days and onward Serbia travel

Use supported data for directions between your hotel, meetings and prebooked visits around Belgrade. If you continue outside the city, save tickets, route information and offline maps before departure. Coverage and speeds vary by local network, buildings, terrain and congestion. A Serbia plan should not be assumed to cover a neighboring country; check the selected plan's coverage before crossing a border.

Install and troubleshoot

Choose a Serbia plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
Scan the code, label the new line AloOui and follow your delivery instructions. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
On arrival, choose AloOui for mobile data and follow the plan's activation guidance. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming on that line, toggle airplane mode, verify any APN instructions in your email and try automatic network selection. Visit the AloOui Help Center for support.
