Maui, the Big Island and Kauai

Choose validity for every island stop and save ferry or flight bookings, meeting points and offline maps before traveling. On Maui's Road to Hana, on Big Island volcano-area routes and near Kauai's Na Pali Coast, terrain and distance from supported networks can limit service. Do not assume coverage at every trail, beach, park, boat tour or offshore location. Follow local access, weather and safety notices; keep emergency details offline.

Install and troubleshoot

Choose a Hawaii data plan and duration, complete checkout and open the emailed QR code on another screen.
Connect an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone to stable Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. On Android, find Add eSIM in SIM manager or Network & internet; labels vary.
Scan the code, label the line AloOui and follow your delivery email. Do not delete the installed eSIM.
On arrival, select AloOui for mobile data and follow your plan's activation instructions. If data fails, check validity, mobile data and instructed roaming, toggle airplane mode, verify any APN instructions in your email and try automatic network selection.
