How does an AloOui travel eSIM order work?

1. Choose your destination and plan. Check the exact coverage, total or daily data allowance, duration and current price. Match every country on your route to the selected destination list.
2. Check your phone before paying. Your exact model and regional version must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
3. Receive the installation details by email. AloOui travel eSIMs are delivered digitally with a QR code. Keep the code private. If your email does not arrive, check spam and contact support with your order number.
4. Install over stable Wi-Fi. Follow the supplied instructions. Installation alone does not start travel-eSIM validity.
5. Connect at your destination. Validity starts when the travel eSIM activates by connecting to a supported destination network. Select the AloOui line for mobile data and enable data roaming on that line when your order instructions require it. If you are already within supported coverage, connecting can start the plan.

Actual network access and speeds depend on the selected service, supported partner, device, location and local conditions; a listed technology does not establish reception at every address or access to every partner for every plan.

What does unlimited data mean?

Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Daily travel-plan tiers typically offer a high-speed allowance followed by a reduced speed: Lite has 1GB/day then up to 512 kbps; Essential has 1GB/day then up to 1.25 Mbps; Plus has 2GB/day then up to 2 Mbps. Check the selected offer because terms can differ, including the speed stated for some destinations.

Essential is a balanced starting point for daily travel use. Plus can suit more uploads or data-heavy days where it is selectable. Lite can suit lighter use between Wi-Fi connections. Performance of video, navigation, calling and uploads depends on actual connectivity and the app, not only the plan label.

What is the refund policy?
